Can you maintain a site another company built?
Usually, yes, when it is a compatible WordPress site. I start with a free compatibility check so you get a clear answer before enrolling.
Are website edits unlimited?
No. The plan includes up to 30 minutes of small edits using client-provided text and images. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, features, and ongoing content production are separate work.
What does the $99 onboarding include?
Secure access setup, an initial complete backup, theme and plugin inventory, compatibility and update baseline, form testing, monitoring setup, a basic security review, and documentation of the site’s starting condition.
What happens if malware is detected?
Monitoring and initial investigation are included. When practical, I will attempt restoration from a verified clean backup. Extensive cleanup, blacklist remediation, or compromised third-party systems may require a separate quote.
What if I cancel a managed plan during the first year?
The setup discount becomes due: $400 for Starter, $600 for Business, or $800 for Growth. That is the difference between the managed setup price and the corresponding standard one-time website price.
